A Grounded Approach
Yoga & Body Awareness is taught as an experiential practice: movement becomes a way of developing sensitivity, coordination, stability and attention.
Each session is adjusted to the individual rather than forcing the person into a standard sequence. The work may be calm and restorative, more mobilising, or more focused on posture, breathing and awareness.
The practice can draw from Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ruesri Dat Ton — Thai Yoga, Sufi Yoga, Therapeutic Exercises for the Spine and Joints, breathing work, body-awareness methods and selected Chi Kung elements.

How a Private Session Works
There is no requirement to be flexible, experienced or “good at yoga”.
You tell me what you would like to work on — movement, stiffness, posture, breathing, body awareness, meditation support or simply feeling more at ease in your body.
I choose the exercises, rhythm and level according to your body, comfort, experience and response during the session.
The aim is not only to have a good session, but to understand useful elements well enough to continue them between sessions.
Who It May Be For
The Teaching Philosophy
The practice is taught in the same grounded spirit that runs through my meditation work: direct experience, observation, gradual development and practical integration.
I do not teach a method mechanically. I adapt the practice to the person.
