A grounded spiritual approach
My work brings together meditation, body-awareness practices and individual inner work. The emphasis is not on adopting beliefs, but on observing experience carefully, practising consistently and developing greater awareness in everyday life.
“The aim is not simply to learn a technique, but to understand your own experience more clearly.”

Meet George
My teaching is based on direct practice and personal experience. I work with meditation, yoga, body-awareness practices and individual sessions in a way that aims to remain clear, grounded and useful in real life.
I encourage students to observe carefully, ask questions, investigate their own experience and gradually develop a practice that can become part of everyday life.

Teaching lineage
My approach to Vipassana has been deeply shaped by the teaching of V.R. Dhiravamsa. His work brought together the depth of Samatha and Vipassana with a direct, experiential and contemporary way of understanding practice.
This lineage is not presented here as a decoration or a credential, but as an acknowledgement of the source from which much of my own meditation practice and teaching has grown.
