A Lifetime of Practice
A Bit About Boris
Boris Tichanovský is internationally recognized as a healer, diagnostician and chiropractor, with more than forty years of professional practice.
He comes from a family with a deep healing tradition. His great-grandfather was a renowned Siberian healer, and from an early age Boris demonstrated unusual abilities, including divination and exceptional control of the body through fakir practices.
He graduated in medicine with distinction and later served as Director of the Avicena Centre for Alternative Medicine in Voronezh. He also worked as a massage therapist and psychologist with the Russian Olympic Committee, supporting and training a synchronized-swimming team.
As a direct student of the legendary Professor Albert Vasiljevič Skvorcov, Boris became a central figure in the introduction, production and preservation of EPAM technology in the Czech Republic — herbal tincture systems rooted in traditional natural medicine.
Since 1990, he has worked alternately in Russia and the Czech Republic, which became his second home. His courses have welcomed more than 30,000 people, while more than 20,000 individuals have received personal consultations.
Within Real Vipassana, Boris collaborates with George on selected seminars and retreats, especially where movement, body awareness and healing-oriented practice are part of the experience.
