The Course

More than simply learning a meditation technique.

This cycle of the Vipassana Meditation Seminar is designed as a practical and progressive journey into Samatha and Vipassana meditation.

The aim is to develop a more stable, clear and mindful relationship with one's own experience while gradually cultivating calm, concentration, awareness and insight.

Practice is supported by understanding. Understanding is tested through direct experience.
